Solopreneurs and small teams who want a steady thought partner to help organize ideas, set realistic goals, and stay accountable as the business grows. This is a good fit for businesses that don’t need embedded operational leadership, but do benefit from outside perspective, clarity, and ongoing check-ins to stay aligned with their plans
How it works:
We begin with a comprehensive working session to understand your current state, identify opportunities for growth, and clarify priorities. That conversation will culminate in a 12-month outline that will become a living roadmap we continue to refine together.
From there, we meet weekly or bi-weekly to review progress, adapt plans as needed, and ensure your growth stays aligned with what makes the most sense for your business.
